CHURCH COMMUNITIES IN TAMBORIL

About 102,000 people live in Tamboril, yet less than 2% are actively involved in a Christian church Community. We want to change that 2%, so that more people can know the love of Jesus. Pastor Oscar Peña began his ministry in 2006 in the community of Arroyo del Toro and in 2007, started another church in the community of Nigua, both of which are located in the Tamboril area. Both churches go by the name “Taller del Maestro” which translated means “The Master’s Workshop”. Currently, Pastor Oscar Peña is running services on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights in Nigua and on Sunday afternoons and Tuesday nights in Arroyo del Toro. He works alongside Fran Félix Martínez in the community of Arroyo del Toro, and in Nigua with his wife Socorro Duran and other leaders.
